Phuoc is the Founder & CEO of IMS Saigon, bringing more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technology leadership. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled distributed engineering teams that help businesses transform ideas into high-quality software products.

Before founding IMS Saigon, Phuoc held technical and leadership roles at CIC Canada, CITUS Korea, Harvey Nash, ULab, and Aduro Labs. He has partnered with startups, SMEs, and enterprise organizations to accelerate product development, modernize technology platforms, and build high-performing engineering teams.

Today, Phuoc leads IMS Saigon with a mission to connect global businesses with Vietnam's exceptional engineering talent, delivering innovative software solutions through trusted partnerships, engineering excellence, and long-term customer success.

Minh is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and technology consulting. Starting his career as a software developer, he later served as CTO for two startups, leading technology strategy and building engineering organizations from the ground up.

Minh is an expert in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Trello. He has helped organizations across the US, Europe, Australia, and Singapore optimize software delivery, modernize engineering practices, and solve complex technical challenges.

Having held technical and leadership roles at ELCA Switzerland, Yahoo!, KMS Technology, and Atlassian, Minh combines deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation, mentoring engineers, and building high-performing technology teams.

Quang is an AI and data technology leader with more than 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering. He specializes in designing scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that help organizations transform data into business value.

Quang has successfully led end-to-end AI and data initiatives, enabling businesses to modernize their technology platforms, accelerate innovation, and make data-driven decisions. His expertise spans solution architecture, machine learning, cloud engineering, and enterprise data platforms.

Quang holds a Master of Data Science from the University of British Columbia (Canada) and is certified as both a Machine Learning Engineer and Data Engineer by AWS and Google Cloud. He is passionate about delivering intelligent, scalable solutions that drive innovation and measurable business outcomes.
